Herkimer Diamonds are only found in one place in the world - in and around Herkimer County, in northeastern New York State. They form naturally with this rare, double-terminated (double pointed) shape, and are treasured worldwide for their intensely high vibration and powerful energy. They can date back as far as 500 million years old.

Herkimers work with the highest spiritual vibrations, activating your upper chakras, and attracting angelic presence. They are also said to be especially effective for dreamwork, and energy healing. My Herkimers are either self-dug, or sourced directly from the miners who pull them out of the Earth.

I’ve seen a few different names for this formation of crystal- where a “baby”, or secondary crystal appeared to be conjoined, or growing out of the main point. To me, they’ll always feel like ‘mama and child’ crystals - but I’ve also heard them used as “bridges” from one realm of consciousness to another.
