How long will it take to receive my order?

Several pieces are made-to-order, and those can take up additional processing times. I try to have most orders out within a few days, but made-to-order can be between 1-2 weeks. If you are unsure or would like a shipping estimate on a particular piece, please feel free to e-mail me at sea.ox.designs@gmail.com.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason at all, I guarantee a full refund - if contacted within 48 hours of buyer receiving item. Please email sea.ox.designs@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product back - buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

What is your shipping method, and do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, and all packages will ship via USPS First Class. The shipping fees are $7 for orders within the US and $18 for international orders (unless otherwise stated). If a larger crystal specimen is ordered internationally, I may contact you with an updated shipping rate.

Is there a physical Sea Ox shop?

Not at the moment! I work from my home studio in the Hudson Valley of upstate New York, and do occasional trunk shows and festivals in the area - sign up for my mailing list, or follow me on Instagram @sea_ox_designs or Facebook for those announcements.

I would like to include a gift note with my order, is this possible?

Yes! I would be more than happy to personalize your gift with a note. Please simply include instructions upon checkout, and it would be my pleasure.

I'm interested in a chain length that I do not see listed. May I customize?

In most cases, yes - I’m happy to customize chain length exactly to your preference. Please just include desired length in the Notes section at checkout, and if there is any issue I will contact you immediately.

Are your metals hypoallergenic?

Yes. Most of the chains are solid copper, and nickel- and lead-free - therefore hypoallergenic. If you have negative reactions to wearing copper please contact me for other available options.
